Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.
 To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received â unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 To initiate a return, contact us at info@kinthia.it. Returns must be shipped to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products).
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 14-day cooling-off period for the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received â unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
