Processing times Each Kinthia creation is handcrafted in our Turin workshop. Processing times vary depending on the order type:
Ready-to-ship products: 3–4 business days
Custom products: 7–10 business days
Free shipping Shipping is free on all orders over €100 with delivery within Italy.
Carriers We select the most convenient and reliable carrier daily from UPS, DHL, GLS and Poste Italiane, to ensure the best delivery experience.
International shipping We ship throughout Europe and worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Tracking Every shipment includes a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Damage during transit If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will find the best solution for you.
